Delete your NEC 70 Training account
You can request deletion of your NEC 70 Training account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens to your information.
How to request account deletion
- Use the button below to email NEC 70 Training support.
- Send the request from the email address associated with your NEC 70 Training account whenever possible.
- State that you want your NEC 70 Training account and associated personal data deleted.
- We may ask for limited information needed to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
Data deleted with your account
After a verified deletion request is processed, we will delete or de-identify personal data associated with the account that is no longer required, including account profile information and learning data such as study progress, answers, diagnostic results, favorites, mistakes, and study history.
Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, payment and subscription records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Where retention is required, the information is kept only for the period required or reasonably necessary for that purpose and is not retained as active learning-profile data.
Subscriptions and purchases
Deleting an NEC 70 Training account does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed by an app store or external payment provider. Users should also manage or cancel any active subscription through the payment provider or app store where the purchase was made.
Request deletion of specific data
If you do not want to delete your entire account but want to request deletion of particular personal information, contact support and describe the data you want deleted. We will respond subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
