EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER
Training, not an official code publication
NEC 70 Training is an independent educational study tool. It does not issue licenses, certify code compliance, replace an adopted code book, or replace decisions of the authority having jurisdiction. Learners should verify requirements in authorized materials for the edition and jurisdiction that apply to their work or exam.
INDEPENDENCE & IP
Original learning content
NEC and National Electrical Code are associated with NFPA. NEC 70 Training is not presented as sponsored, endorsed, or published by NFPA. The product is designed around original explanations, questions, navigation exercises and references and should not reproduce protected code text, tables or figures without permission.
PRIVACY
Account and learning data
The service uses account information, answers, diagnostics, progress, favorites, device records, subscription status and learning activity to provide access, personalization, security and progress features. Production launch must publish the final retention, deletion, contact and applicable privacy-rights procedures.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Paid access and cancellation
Plan price, duration and whether a plan renews must be shown before purchase. When paid access expires or ends, the account returns to Free without deleting learning history. Recurring-plan cancellation stops future renewal subject to the billing terms presented at purchase; access may continue through the paid period.
REFUNDS
Refund requests
Refund eligibility and processing depend on the final production payment channel and applicable law. The production policy must identify the request method, applicable deadlines and any store or payment-provider rules before public sales begin.
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Future interactive features
Any future community or user-posted content must prohibit harassment, impersonation, unlawful content, answer-key abuse and infringement, and provide reporting and moderation controls before that feature is released.
SUPPORT & FAQ
Common questions
Free accounts keep core study access with limited practice and ads. Paid access unlocks the advanced features shown on the plan screen. Learning history remains when paid access ends. For account, billing or technical issues, the production release must publish a monitored support contact.
CONTENT QUALITY
References require verification
Questions and explanations are study material. Edition-specific references should be checked against the applicable authorized NEC source before publication, especially after an NEC edition change.
